What is Aquasource.com.my Returns policy?
Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 7 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.

Requirements for a valid return:

• Proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, etc.)
• Bank details in Return Form if original payment are made.
• Include printed Return Form and Aquasource.com.my Tax Invoice in each return package box.
• Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met

Where to return?

If your item meets all the requirement, return can be initiated via Online Returns Form. For non Aquasource account holder, please include this Manual Return Form printed and filled in.
